Who's going next Tuesday?!
We need as many people as possible to attend the Council meeting at Hinckley next Tuesday 20th January 2009.
I understand that Groby Parish Council will be laying on 2 x 53 seater coaches for Groby residents who may be concerned at having to find their own way.
The "battle buses" will be leaving from Groby Community College at 5.30pm PROMPT.
For those wishing to drive (plenty of free parking at that time close to the Council offices) the post code for Sat Navs is LE10 1BZ.
The Council meeting will start at 6.30pm.
It would be helpful if anyone with spare seats in their cars could call by the coach departure point at Groby Community College to offer transport for anyone not able to get on the coaches.
Who's going, how are you getting there and (if by car) how many spare seats do you have?
Also, please tell all your neighbours what is happening and when, so they can get involved.

Re: Who's going next Tuesday?!
Meeting starts at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers, Argent Mead and the capacity of the public gallery is circa 200
To be honest, it will be worth showing up even if you don't get in as just like the last meeting at the college. It goes down well in the press when they talk large numbers being turned away.
