Re: LINK TO HBBC ONLINE PLANNING DOCUMENTS
Ive made my initial comments online - probably think of more:
I object to the proposed planning application on the following grounds:
Groby has inadequate services to cope with an additonal 140 new homes.
The doctors surgery is unable to cope with the current volume of residents of Groby.
There is no NHS dentists to serve Groby.
The schools both primary and secondary are also at full capacity.
The traffic flow through the roads out at Groby at peak times already struggle with the curret number of residents of Groby /Ratby.
Allowing development on this land will drastically reduce the green boundary seperating Groby and Ratby impacting on their village indentities.
The access into the proposed development is inadequate to serve to number of properties proposed.
The access into the proposed developemnt is on a section of Road with a blind bend on hill.
The access into the proposed developemnt is a hazard to the adjacent school and college.
The proposed developemnt is not sympathetic to the adjacent cemetry.
The proposed developement is not sympathetic to the to the wildlife known to exist on the site.
The proposed development is not sympathetic to the surrounding countryside
