Agenda for the meeting can be found here
Groby Parish Council Site Proposal????
Having only just returned to Groby after being away for a while am I the only one confused about the location or not of a proposed alternative travellers site in Groby, and what invovlment ALL our Parish Councilors have had in this especially those who are also heavly invovled with HBBC?
A very effective campain by Groby residents (well done to you all) brought about the removal of Sacheverell Way as a proposed site. How then can the same statement/report from the HBBC meeting state "A potention alternative Groby site" be identified and stated only for our Parish Council to send a notice out saying definitely NOT the case.
Who agreed/voted at the HBBC meeting for this site to be assessed.
The issues are exactley the same be that Sacheverell Way or Anstey Lane. Do not let anyone pull the wool over our eyes on this.
